Privacy policy
This site does very little, so this policy is short. It covers sensastudio.com only.

Who we are
Arcadia Business Solutions LLC, trading as Sensa Studio, a limited liability company formed in Wyoming, United States. Our registered details are on the About page. To reach us about anything on this page, use the contact form.
What this site does not do
- No analytics. We do not measure or track visits.
- No cookies are set by this site.
- No advertising, and no ad networks.
- No third party requests. Fonts, images and stylesheets come from this domain, so loading a page here does not contact anyone else.
- We do not sell or share your personal information, and we never have.
What we collect
Only what you type into one of our two forms, the contact form and the response form on the Signals page. If you do not use a form, we collect nothing about you.
When you do submit one, we keep:
- Your name, email address and company, if you gave them
- The topic you chose and the message you wrote
- Which page you sent it from, and the date and time
- The IP address it came from, used only to block automated abuse
Why we keep it
To reply to you, to do the work you asked about, and in the case of Signals responses, to understand what to build. That is all. We do not add you to a mailing list, because we do not run one.
Who else sees it
Two companies, both acting on our instructions and neither permitted to use your information for their own purposes:
- Our web host, which runs the server your submission is stored on
- Google, because our email runs on Gmail and a copy of your message is sent there so we see it
We may also disclose information if the law requires it. Beyond that, nobody.
Where it is held
On servers in the United States and Europe. If you are writing from outside those places, your information will be handled there.
How long we keep it
As long as the conversation or the work it led to is live, and reviewed from time to time after that. Ask us to delete yours and we will, without asking why.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and submissions are stored in a database that is not reachable from the web. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send us confidential information through a web form.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form and we will respond within a reasonable time, normally well inside 30 days. We will not treat you differently for asking.
California residents have these rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including the right to know, delete and correct, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. There is nothing to opt out of here, because we do not sell or share it.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.
Other sites
VenuFlow is a separate product with its own privacy policy, published at venuflow.net. Links from here to anywhere else are not covered by this policy.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date at the top. There is no mailing list to notify.
