A diagram of what the product covers, not a screenshot. Product screens go up when the release build is ready.

Why it exists

Six tools, and a person carrying data between them

Most restaurants did not choose their software. They accumulated it. A reservations tool, a till, a scheduler, somewhere the menu lives, an ordering widget bolted to the website, and a spreadsheet holding whatever the other five could not.

Each one is defensible alone. The cost nobody counts is the joins: retyping covers into the scheduler, changing a price in three places, reconciling a payout against the till at the end of the month. That work never appears on an invoice, so it never appears in the decision.

VenuFlow is the same jobs on one set of records, so the joins stop being someone's evening.

Reservations that match the floor

A booking page, the reservation book and a waitlist, reading the same tables the floor plan shows.

One menu, everywhere it appears

Change a price once and the QR menu, the ordering page and the till all carry it.

The roster and the hours agree

Scheduling, job roles and a time clock, so what was planned and what was worked sit side by side.

Ordering on your own account

Pickup and delivery through the restaurant's own payment account. No commission on orders.

A floor plan that is live

Table status as it actually is during service, not as it was when somebody last updated a sheet.

Numbers that tie back

Reports drawn from the same records the service ran on, so nobody has to recalculate them by hand.
