These terms cover this website. They do not cover client work or VenuFlow, which each have their own agreement.

By using sensastudio.com you agree to what is on this page. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who runs this site
Arcadia Business Solutions LLC, trading as Sensa Studio, a limited liability company formed in Wyoming, United States. Registered details are on the About page. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean that company.
What this site is
Information about the company and what it builds. Nothing here is an offer, a quotation or a promise. Descriptions of software, including what a product does and when it might be available, describe what we currently intend and can change.
Using the site
You may read it, quote from it with credit, and contact us. Please do not:
- Use it for anything unlawful
- Try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it
- Scrape it for email addresses, or send us bulk or automated messages
- Present our content as your own
Our content and marks
The text, design, Sensa Studio name and Sensa Studio logo on this site belong to us. VenuFlow and the Sensa Studio name and logo are our trademarks. Do not use them in a way that suggests a connection or endorsement that does not exist.
Client work and VenuFlow
Custom software work runs under a separate written agreement covering scope, price, timing, ownership and support. VenuFlow runs under its own terms of service published at venuflow.net. Where those documents and this page differ, those documents win.
Messages you send us
Do not send confidential information through our forms. Sending us a message does not create a client relationship or any duty of confidence until there is a signed agreement. What happens to what you send is described in our privacy policy.
Other sites we link to
We link to other sites for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for what is on them.
No warranty
This site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not promise the site will be uninterrupted, error free or free of harmful components. We may change it or take it down at any time without notice.
One exception, because it matters: the registered information on the About page is taken from our Articles of Organization as filed with the Wyoming Secretary of State, and we keep it accurate.
Limit of our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim connected with this site is limited to one hundred United States dollars (USD 100). This limit does not apply where the law does not allow it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with its date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute connected with this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
